As a courtesy, Taylor Jewelry offer a 3-day inspection period on any web site purchase when payment is received with a postmark/time stamp no later than 3 days from the date you create the order. This is a return privilege, extended to customers who send payment promptly. You must contact Taylor Jewelry at taylor@taylor-jewelry.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Any items returned without a valid RAN will be refused and returned to sender.

Any refund will be given for the full price paid, minus shipping, when the item is returned in the same condition it was sold (not resized or damaged). If an item is misrepresented (i.e. wrong gold content, incorrect number of stones), you will receive 100% of your payment amount upon return of the item, including shipping. All gemstone weights are approximate when measured in their settings. The gemstone weights are determined after examining the size and cut of the gemstone.

 

Due to our sales volume, we ask that any resizing be preformed by your local jeweler.
